Genki Sushi is a chain of conveyor belt sushi restaurants that was established in Japan in 1968. The technology of conveyor belt sushi, also known as Kaiten Sushi, became popular among locals in Hawaii and later expanded to California and other parts of the United States. Genki Sushi's mission is to impress with each plate they serve and to make their brand synonymous with sushi.
